Trash in the waterways- the amount of trash that flows into the waterway by Riviera located at the bottom of Coral Gables High School.
Bridges- the general aesthetic appeal of some of the bridges.
Crocodile- Regular sighting of a crocodile that comes up into the Geronimo Canal.
Board’s Involvement- In the development and permitting process in the waterways.
Surveillance -Possibility of installing security cameras in the waterways.
Miami Dade County office of Resilience Biscayne Bay presentation.
Old Business
Update on discussion by Assistant City Attorney at December’s meeting regarding a. Legality of renting dock space in private homes; b. Board review and recommendations on permits for docks and other structures in the waterway.
