Miami-Dade County Department of Human Services is the designated local authority administrator for the distribution of funds from the Edward Byrne Memorial Justice Assistance Grant, Drug Control and System Improvement Formula Grant Program. Commission Resolution No. 2007-140 provided the matching funds for this grant program from the Forfeited Asset Fund (FAF) in the amount of $2,661.00.  The $7,982.00 is the federal portion of the grant program award.
