Ms. Arocha began her career with the City in February 1988 as a Clerical Assistant III in the Automotive Department. Later she was promoted to Service Writer in March 1992. Due to her quality performance she was again promoted to Administrative Assistant in October 2000 and maintains that position to date.
She is a very knowledgeable employee and performs exemplary work. Ms. Arocha was recognized by her peers as being an outstanding employee and was selected Employee of the Month in December 1990 and then again in January 2011. She later accepted the prestigious award of Employee of the Year in 2011.
