Brief History
The Coral Gables Farmer's Market, now in its twentieth season, is a small outdoor European-style green market that is located in front of City Hall on Biltmore Way. The market runs from the middle of January to the end of March on Saturdays and operates between the hours of 8:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. At the last market of each season, also known as the Grand Finale Picnic, from 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m., the American Institute of Wine and Food (AIWF) brings together South Florida's finest chefs with purveyors of fine produce and foods. At this picnic, wine is sold.
