An Ordinance of the City Commission amending the Code of Ordinances of the City of Coral Gables by amending Chapter 6, Section 6-3, “Retail beverage store and retail liquor store licenses issued to bona fide restaurants” to allow restaurants of 120 seats or over to serve alcoholic beverages or intoxicating liquors from bars; providing for repealer provision, severability clause, codification, and providing for an effective date.
