Brandon exemplifies professionalism, dedication, and technical excellence that define an outstanding firefighter. As a highly skilled driver Engineer, he takes immense pride in the care, maintenance, and operational readiness of his truck. His attention to detail ensures not only the reliability of critical apparatus but also the safety and effectiveness of the entire crew on every call.
Beyond his own responsibilities, Brandon consistently invests in the growth and development of others. He takes the time to mentor up-and-coming firefighters, teaching them how to properly use the fire truck, equipment, and essential tools. He is especially committed to preparing eligible firefighters who are getting ready to test for engineer positions training them thoroughly, coaching them with patience, and passing on the knowledge that will set them up for long-term success. His leadership strengthens the future of the department.
Brandon is also an indispensable support to his officer. Whether it’s locating the correct address during a call, offering valuable insight on scene operations, or stepping into any role necessary to support the mission, Brandon ensures the team is always one step ahead. His initiative, reliability, and deep operational awareness make him an asset during both routine responses and high-stress emergencies.
