Title: A Resolution to amend proposed Art in Public Places Ordinance on Second Reading which was presented to the Commission on this same date, thereby amending said Ordinance on Second Reading to allow for an exemption for College/University that maintains at its campus a publicly accessible permanent collection of art of at least thirty (30) sculptures and/or other public art in accordance with a master art plan which shall be reviewed and confirmed by the City Commission and a report of changes to the master art plan shall be presented to the City Commission every three (3) years.
