The nomination was given by Reynaldo Bermudez, Building and Zoning, who had this to say about Andrew:
I wanted to nominate Andy Clute for his hard work and dedication to his job. Recently we had some representatives from SFWMD come in and speak to us about the current water restrictions. They told us that Andy in one week writes more citations for watering violations than all the other cities put together have written since the restrictions began. When it came to enforcing the truck ordinance he was also a top producer. Andy comes into work at 5:30AM and patrols the entire city. Andy is the embodiment of what an employee of the month should be since he always performs his job at a top notch level. Andy continues to perform above & beyond the call of duty. Please consider him for employee of the month.
