Mr. Couceyro began his career with the City Beautiful in July 1996 as a Recreation Leader. He was promoted to Recreation Specialist I in January 1998, Assistant Parks & Recreation Director in October 2000 and Community Recreation Director in July 2007, a position that he maintains to date.
The City recognizes Fred’ s twenty-five-years of service.
