Firefighter Louie Fajardo has been selected March’s Firefighter of the Month for his outstanding display of individual initiative surpassing job requirements and expectations, specifically for his hard work and dedication to the department. Firefighter Fajardo has always gone above and beyond the expectations of what is required. Firefighter Fajardo applies this same outstanding work ethic to all he does around the Fire Station and on Emergency and Non-Emergency calls. He is responsible, dependable, and has such a positive attitude. Firefighter Fajardo has been a role model and mentor to others. His leadership is nothing short of professionalism.
