Firefighter Dragonetti has been selected August's Firefighter of the Month for his outstanding display of individual initiative surpassing job requirements and expectations, specifically for his hard work and dedication to the department.
There is an incredible talent pool within the ranks of our Fire Department. His initiative to dedicate the entire month of April to raise awareness of Autism and raise funds through the selling of Autism t-shirts, was nothing short of spectacular. On the 26th of April, Firefighter Dragonetti took time to host an Autism Awareness event at the Miami Learning Experience school, where the students and several Coral Gables Fire Department personnel had the opportunity to engage in fun activities to raise awareness. These actions showed the integrity, charisma and commitment of Firefighter Dragonetti and they will not be forgotten.
Due to his outstanding work ethnic and dedication to the Fire Department, Firefighter Dragonetti is nominated for Firefighter of the month for August 2023.
