Elsa began her career with the City Beautiful in July 1989 as an Accountant II. She was promoted to Accountant III in June 2014 and to Internal Audit & Grants Coordinator in December 2016, a position that she maintains to date.

 

The City recognizes Elsa’s thirty years of service.
