Traffic Advisory Board Meeting of November 18, 2008
Summary of Meeting
1. Mr. Christopher Slade Blair, Project Manager, Real Estate and Facilities, University of Miami, made a presentation on the University's proposed signalized intersection at Miller Drive and San Amaro. Also, a proposed traffic circle was discussed.
2. Public Works Traffic Calming proposed projects for 2008-2009 were reviewed and discussed.
3. Residents from Palermo Avenue urged the Board to give priority to their request for traffic calming installations on Palermo Avenue. The Board Members invited the residents to attend the January meeting of the Board at which meeting the projects will be prioritized.
