Insurance Advisory Committee Meeting of October 27, 2008

1.                     The minutes of the August 21, 2008 meetings were approved as final minutes.

 

2.                     Ms. Adler indicated the RFP for Property and Casualty/Excess Workers Compensation Brokerage is ready to be released.

 

3.                     Ms. Adler gave a recap of the need to bid the Cafeteria Plan. The committee received a draft copy of the letter that will be sent out and concurred in the recommendation.

 

4.                     Ms. Adler provided an update to the committee regarding the status of the Certificates of Insurance outsourcing.

 

5.                     The next meeting was tentatively scheduled for December 2008.
