Sebrina began her career with the City as a Clerical Assistant II in Building and Zoning in August 1988. She was promoted to Assistant Plans Coordinator in July 1989 and to Zoning Technician in February 1993. Sebrina's perseverance paid off again when she was promoted to Concurrency Administrator in August 2006.
Through the years, Sebrina has produced high quality and accurate work, and is a very good team player. She exhibits initiative and resourcefulness in analyzing situations and making sound decisions. She handles the pressures of the Building and Zoning Department with grace.
The City greatly appreciates and recognizes her dedication, performance and loyalty over her 20 years and looks forward to a continued relationship for years to come.
