No person shall transport garbage through or over the streets or alleys of the city without having first secured a license therefore.(Code 1991, § 21-50; Code 2006, § 54-152; Ord. To Wit - Overflow of dumpster in alleyway.
Remedy - Must maintain trash inside containers at all times.
