CASE FILE LHD 2025-014 and CASE FILE COA (SP) 2026-015: Consideration of the local historic designation of the property at 446 Aragon Avenue, legally described as Lot 1, Block 8, Section Coral Gables Section “B,” according to the Plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 5, at Page 111 of the Public Records of Miami-Dade County, Florida. The applicant is also requesting the issuance of an Accelerated Special Certificate of Appropriateness and design approval for additions, alterations to the residence and sitework. Variances have been requested from Article 2, Section 2-101 D (4) and Article 2, Section 2-101 D (5) for the rear setback of the mechanical equipment.
