Resolution appropriating funds for projects previously approved by the Commission as follows: Blue Road Roundabouts, Segovia Street and Biltmore Way Roundabout and the Country Club Pool, and the Water Witch Vessel.

The Blue Road Roundabouts, Segovia Street and Biltmore Way Roundabout and the Country Club Pool Projects, and the Water Witch Vessel were awarded previously by the City Commission. An appropriation of funds is necessary for the following projects prior to execution of contracts.
The Blue Road Roundabouts and the Segovia Street and Biltmore Way Roundabout Projects are funded under a joint participation agreement with Miami-Dade County through impact fees, which will reimburse funds appropriated from the Capital Improvement Fund for this project.
The Coral Gables Country Club Pool Project will be funded by the Capital Improvement Fund. A transfer of funds of $32,000 is hereby authorized for the Country Club Pool Project from the General Fund to the Capital Improvement Fund.
The Water Witch Vessel will be funded by the City Stormwater Utility Fund.
It is recommended that an appropriation of funds be hereby authorized for the Blue Road Roundabouts, Segovia Street and Biltmore Way Roundabout and the Country Club Pool Projects, and the Water Witch Vessel as noted above.
