Title

A Resolution authorizing the execution of a Maintenance Memorandum of Agreement with the Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT) in order to designate and set forth the responsibilities of each party with regards to the maintenance of the decorative pavers and pattern pavement crosswalks installed pursuant to the Miracle Mile Streetscape Project.

Body

The Miracle Mile Streetscape project will include decorative pavers and pattern pavement crosswalks which will also be incorporated at the intersection of Coral Way (Miracle Mile) and SW 42nd Avenue (LeJeune Road).  Because FDOT has jurisdiction over LeJeune Road, execution of this maintenance agreement is needed to allow the City to maintain the referenced pavers and crosswalks.

 

The execution of this agreement is required to move forward with the construction of the improvements along Coral Way (Miracle Mile) at its intersection with SW 42nd Avenue (LeJeune Road).
