Driver Engineer Verdecia has been selected February’s Firefighter of the Month for his outstanding display of individual initiative surpassing job requirements and expectations, specifically for his hard work and dedication to the department.
There is an incredible talent pool within the ranks of our Fire Department. Ryan consistently demonstrates an outstanding attitude and worth ethic. He recently took the initiative to implement a fitness program, encouraging our personnel to stay active and prioritize their health. His positive influence and leadership in this area have made a significant impact on the station’s overall morale and physical fitness.
Due to his outstanding work ethic and dedication to the Fire Department, Driver Engineer Verdecia is nominated for Firefighter of the month for February 2025.
