Background
      The Cultural Development Board is comprised of seven members, five appointed by the City Commission, one appointed by the City Manager, and one member appointed by the Board as a whole.  All members are to be confirmed by the City Commission in accordance with Resolution No. 30082.
      The term of the former Board-as-a-whole appointee expired on May 31, 2007.  The Board recommends the appointment of Andrea Cole, of 1009 Hardee Road, Coral Gables, for the two-year term June 1, 2007 through May 31, 2009, to be effective as of August 28, 2007.
