Waterway Advisory Board Meeting of May 1, 2024.
BRIEF HISTORY
The Waterway Advisory Board reviewed and discussed: Approval of Meeting Minutes April 4, 2024, meeting minutes were approved. Mr. Gallan made the motion to approve the minutes, seconded by Mr. Goldsmith, all were in favor. Discussion Code Enforcement - Mr. Gustavo Ceballos, Assistant City Attorney, was present at the meeting to answer the Board’s questions. Surveillance - Install security cameras on the Waterways. Old Business Proposed Luxury Codos - Representatives for the Gables Waterway LLC were in attendance to address the Board’s concerns regarding The Gables Waterway, proposed luxury condos at 6100 Caballero Blvd. Marine Patrol Sgt. Antezana reported on the violations they had in the waterways.
