An in-person quorum was not present; therefore, Panel members were advised that this meeting will be for discussion purposes only and that no business items or voting may take place.
ART IN PUBLIC PLACES UPDATES:
Ms. Cathers gave a brief review and update of current art in public places projects, including: the Public Safety Building public art proposals; Hank Willis Thomas artwork benches restoration; maintenance assessment of the public art collection; Rafael Barrios sculpture movement to Ponce de Leon Park; William Barbosa temporary sculpture installation; Alice Aycock sculptures recent maintenance; Kiki Smith temporary exhibition installation; and Illuminate Coral Gables public art exhibition. She continued with updates regarding private development public art initiatives including artworks at the Paseo de la Riviera, The Plaza, Villa Valencia, Sunrise Senior Living, and Balboa Plaza.

DISCUSSION ITEMS:
The Panel discussed the possibility of meeting outdoors. Ms. Hernandez noted that the County has been able to meet outdoors in a tent. Staff responded that the City is exploring options to meet outdoors.
