Jessica Is an amazing employee who goes above and beyond to help both the public and co workers.
I continuously receive praise about her kindness with patrons and co workers. She truly makes an effort to assist patrons with Parking Issues from assisting stranded motorist, helping patrons use technology to returning lost Items to residents. She once found a laptop while patrolling, she called the phone# on the laptop since It was a work issued laptop, she received the owners info from the IT dept , and then she delivered the laptop to the residents home. Her integrity should be commended.
