It is an easement located at 525 South Dixie Highway on the NE corner of Riviera Drive and US1, legally described in Exhibit A, attached. It is a non-exclusive easement to construct, operate, maintain, add, and/or remove any and all cameras, sensors, equipment, components, products, software and other tangible and intangible property relating to American Traffic Solutions' Photo Red Light System.
