Brief History:
Pursuant to Resolution No. R-2004-236, passed and adopted on November 9, 2004, the City entered into a contract with Vista Building Maintenance for Citywide janitorial services on January 1, 2005. On August 22, 2006, under Resolution No. 2006-161, Vista Building Maintenance’s contract was increased by $65,000 per year. This contract expired on January 1, 2010.
This Resolution is requesting an extension of the contract until November 1, 2010, to complete the Request for Proposal process to secure vendor services.
