“I would like to take a moment to recognize Dayron Garcia. At this morning’s Code Enforcement Board hearing, he was praised by a resident who he has helped greatly through a long process with repairs, etc. to her home, and during a difficult time in her life. She spoke very highly of Dayron. The Board agreed and even clapped for him. I could not agree more with her assessment. Dayron is always available, pleasant, responsive, and goes above and beyond. I feel it is important to let you all know.
