The Coral Gables Walk MS has taken place in Coral Gables for more than twenty seven (27) years. This year’s event is scheduled for Saturday, April, 1, 2017 from 5:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. and is expected to draw more than 1,200 participants.
A letter from Gabriella Maenza, Coordinator of Walk MS for the South Florida Chapter of the National Multiple Sclerosis Society requesting free parking for participants in Garage four (4) and a waiver for any payment of parking meters is attached. The requested waiver is for fifty-nine (59) metered spaces. The standard fee for fifty-nine (59) meter spaces for one (1) day is $590 and the parking rate in Garage four (4) is $1 per hour.
