Presentation of excerpts from the minutes of the Historic Preservation Board meeting of September 15, 2009 requesting the following action with regard to CASE FILE AV 2007-02.
That the City Commission adopt a Resolution authorizing Ad Valorem tax relief for the property located at 1137 Asturia Avenue, a local historic landmark, legally described as Lot 20, Block 12, Coral Gables Section C, according to the Plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 8, at Page 26, of the Public Records of Miami-Dade County, Florida. The cost of the improvements is $64,000.00, which would correspond to approximately $336.00 per year and $3,360.00 over ten years. (Historic Preservation Board Vote: Unanimously (7-0).
