Mr. Mazzei moved to recommend the acquisition of the land located at 5028 Maggiore Street.  Mr. Flanagan seconded the motion and it passed unanimously.
RECOMMENDATION OF THE CITY MANAGER:
That the City Commission approve the recommendation of the Board Members to acquire the property located at 5028 Maggiore Street in Coral Gables through a Miami-Dade County Parks & Recreation bond for park land.
