1.      Approval of the Minutes of the May 15, 2007 Board meeting.
2.      Traffic Projects - status report.
3.      Upcoming construction of the three Hardee Bridge Circles MOT was discussed.
4.      Resignation of Board Member Peter Dunbar due to relocation was accepted.
5.   Review and discussion of on-going traffic projects.
