Brief History
The Memorandum of Understanding between the City of Coral Gables and the Alliance for Aging, Inc., is intended to form a partnership with the City in order to further the mission of the State of Florida Elderly Affairs Department's SHINE program which is geared toward the implementation of the Serving Health Insurance Needs of Elders (SHINE) program in communities. This Memorandum will allow the SHINE program to utilize space at the Coral Gables War Memorial Youth Center and other Parks and Recreation facilities subject to availability.
