Brief History
The State of Florida has leased the premises at 4520 Ponce de Leon Boulevard for the operation of the Driver License Bureau for the last years and the lease has been renewed and renegotiated from time to time. The most recent term expires on May 31, 2009.
The parties desire to enter into a lease agreement commencing June 1, 2009, for one year, with five (5) one-year renewal options.
On letter dated August 6, 2008 the Florida Department of Highway Safety and Motor Vehicles, agreed to execute a new lease agreement with the standard Department of Management Services Lease Form, subject to the same conditions as previously agreed upon, and including a 5% rate increase.
