Summary of Meeting
1.      The Board reviewed the Country Club issue.
2.      Update on the "Jewels of the Mile" lease and recommended the City Attorney proceed with collection and take whatever action is acceptable under the lease.
3.       City's boards' attendance requirements were emphasized.
4.   The Members recommended that the City appoint a counsel qualified Real Estate professional to review the leases and make sure they are current and in the best interest of the City.
