On an annual basis, the City Manager prepares and submits to the City Commission a Five-Year Capital Improvement Plan (CIP) for the upcoming fiscal year (2020) and the four subsequent fiscal years (2021-2024). The CIP is a comprehensive Plan that addresses short term and long term regulatory, structural, maintenance, quality of life and beautification needs.
The projects included in the 2020-2024 CIP have an estimated aggregate cost of $318,940,332. This plan is made up of the following project categories and amounts:
