This project is a force main replacement throughout Old Cutler Road to be completed in four (4) phases.  Phase III  is comprised of the installation of approximately 2,640 Linear feet of 16-inch PVC force main, including all pipe, fittings and valves necessary for a new segment of force main along Old Cutler Road and all appurtenant work, tested and ready for operation, including, temporary utilities as required.
 
On January 22, 2009 the Procurement Division of Finance formally advertised, issued and distributed the Old Cutler Force Main Replacement - Phase III Invitation to Bid (IFB) 2009-01-20.  
 
On March 12, 2009 twenty four (24) bid responses were received. Of those that responded seventeen (17) responsive bids were submitted by:  Acosta Tractors, Inc., Cisca Group, Conquest Engineering, Downrite Engineering, GMI Contracting, JVA Engineering, Master Excavators, Metro Equipment, Persant Construction, R&G Engineering, Ram-Tech Construction, Rock Power Paving, Solo Construction, Solution Construction, Tran Construction, UniTech Builders  and VPI      
 
There were seven (7) No Bid responses from Alpine Construction, Budget Construction Co. Inc., Danella Utility Construction, Inc., Development & Communication Group, Largo Development, Inc., Miguel Lopez, Jr. Inc., and Wrangler Construction.
