On March 14, 2010, Bruce and Tracey Berkowitz, residents of Coral Gables and trustees of The Fairholme Foundation, donated $25,000 in honor of the rescue team and the Coral Gables Fire Department for their professionalism and empathy while responding to a recent emergency call at their family's home.
This donation will be used for the purchase of Fire Department rescue equipment.
