At the January 7, 2026, Waterway Advisory Board meeting, Mr. Richard Ricardo, Clean Rivers Foundation and Applied6 Engineering, presented a no-cost to the City pilot program that would enhance water quality and ecological health through the installation of a pilot filtration system within city’s waterways.
This MOU will allow Clean Rivers Foundation and Applied6 Engineering to proceed with this pilot program. Upon approval, the provider will work with the Public Works Department to identify locations and develop the criteria to be met, as recommended by the Waterway Advisory Board.

N/A Pilot program will be at no cost to the City.
