Congratulations to Lt. John Stewart, recipient of the City of Coral Gables "Firefighter of the Month Award," for the month of December, 2016.

Body

Lt. Stewart exercised critical judgement skills when he responded to a call where a 67 year-old male was hit by a car.  His judgement resulted in the patient being transported to the appropriate facility to receive definitive care.  The Fire Department has recognized Lt. Stewart for his extraordinary efforts and selected him as Firefighter of the Month for December 2016.
