A Resolution of the City Commission authorizing the acceptance of Amendment No. 1 to grant agreement No. LPA 0269 with the Florida Department of Environmental Protection (FDEP) in the amount of $375,000; approving the extension of the expiration date for the Coral Gables Citywide Septic to Sewer Conversion Assessment Project from March 31, 2025, to June 30, 2026; and authorizing the City Manager to execute the amendment to the agreement with FDEP for said financial assistance.
