Title
Resolution authorizing execution of Addendum No. 1 to the Professional Services Agreement for Disaster Debris Services with the primary contractor, Ashbritt, Inc., for the purpose of providing additional bonding requirements and further authorizing execution of subsequent professional services agreements with the secondary or backup contractors, Ceres Environmental and JB Coxwell Disaster Recovery, inclusive of the same language as the Ashbritt, Inc., Agreement and Addendum No. 1.  
Body
On March 10, 2009, Resolution #2009-61 (As Amended) was adopted authorizing the execution of a contract for disaster debris management services with Ashbritt, Inc., as the primary contractor and Ceres Environmental and JB Coxwell Disaster Recovery, as secondary contractors.  The City requires a $15,000,000.00 Performance Bond be posted on a per project basis as security for the performance of the work.  For further security, the City is requiring the contractor to post and maintain a $1,000,000.00 Performance Bond and a Labor and Materials Payment Bond through the term of the Agreement.
 
This Resolution also provides authority to execute agreements inclusive of the same language as the Ashbritt, Inc. Agreement and Addendum No. 1 with Ceres Environmental and JB Coxwell Disaster Recovery.
