1. The Board Members welcomed Mr. Anthony Perea, Mayor Slesnick's appointee to the Board
2. City Commission Board-related items update:
City Commission approved the renewal of the 12 parking spaces a
at the Plummer Building.
Discussion on the City's acquisition of the 475 and 495 Biltmore Way properties.
3. The Board Members discussed Granada L.L.C. loan.
4. Parks & Recreation presentation regarding acquisition of property located at 5028 Maggiore St.
5. The Board Members deferred complete review the long-term land lease between the City and The Palace, L.L.C. until next Board meeting.
6. City Update.
