As authorized by City of Coral Gables Commission Resolution 6866 and subsequent resolutions, the City Manager is authorized to provide benefits for excluded employees.
This resolution provides for continued subsidy of the excluded employees’ HMO employee only cost at 100%. Additionally, it provides for excluded employees to receive a 50% subsidy for dependent coverage, up to an amount not to exceed $284.33 per month for Employee and Spouse, $220.28 per month for Employee and Child(ren) and $404.23 per month for Employee and Family for employees who receive dependent health coverage.
