That a Resolution accepting the bid of Gavarrete, Inc., in the sum of $84,500.00, as the lowest and most responsive bid for the City Hall Ramp and Accessibility improvements project adding new accessible parking, a new ramp and stairs at Coral Gables City Hall to comply with ADA requirements, be approved by the City Commission.
Brief History
City Hall’s accessibility features must be brought up to meet ADA requirements.
