Body
One of the responsibilities of the City's Cultural Development Board is to recommend to the City Commission the allocation of $166,250.00 in cultural grant funding. On October 25 the Board reviewed and scored, and again on November 29 reviewed 42 applications for City of Coral Gables Cultural Development Grants, Festivals & Special Events Grants, and Community Grants. Six applications were disqualified because of nonconformity with grant requirements and six were not funded because of low scores. Funding of the remaining 30 applicants is shown in Attachment A: FY 2007/08 Cultural Grants - Allocation Recommendations.
