A Resolution authorizing a change order to the “Kerdyk Tennis Center Building Renovations Project” contract IFB 2017.12.VF with Azulejo, Inc., pursuant to Section 2-764(b), Approval of Change Orders and Contract Modifications, in the amount of $85,000 for Additive Alternate # 2, for entry work.

On February 27, 2018, Resolution No. 2018-78 was approved and a contract for the renovations of the Kerdyk Tennis Center with Azulejo, Inc., was executed.
Upon further review, it was determined Additive Alternate #2 would greatly enhance the entrance to the remodeled building.
This change order involves the total removal of the entry steps and planters and replaced with an expanded entry plaza and planters, new accessible ramp from the parking area, new flagpoles and a courtyard next to the Pro Shop lobby.
