A Resolution of the City Commission adopting the Capital Improvement Program for the Fiscal Years 2026 to 2030.

On an annual basis, the City Manager prepares and submits to the City Commission a Five-Year Capital Improvement Plan (CIP) for the upcoming fiscal year (2026) and the four subsequent fiscal years (2027-2030). The CIP is a comprehensive plan that addresses short term and long term regulatory, structural, maintenance, quality of life, and beautification needs.
The projects included in the 2026-2030 CIP have an estimated aggregate cost of $400,794,666, including new funding in the amount of $57,096,897 included in the FY 2025-2026 proposed budget.
Recommended Action
Adopt the Resolution.
