[Firefighter Gould has been selected December’s Firefighter of the Month for his outstanding display of individual initiative surpassing job requirements and expectations, specifically for his hard work and dedication to the department.
There is an incredible talent pool within the ranks of our fire department. He is dependable and often leads training with his fellow shift members and takes it upon himself to train and challenge new firefighters. He participated on the RIT team and has helped teach some recruit classes. He consistently attends conferences and classes to personally grow as a firefighter.
