Darden Restaurants is constructing a new building at 321 Miracle Mile for a Seasons 52 Fresh Grill. The construction site is currently screened with a plywood barrier. Darden has proposed screening the site with professionally prepared signage indicating their opening in the Fall of 2010, and highlighting the restaurant's offerings. This signage would aesthetically enhance the current screening, and would activate this prominent location on Miracle Mile.
The City Architect has reviewed and recommends approval of the proposed signage.
