A promising career began for Mike as a Firefighter with the City in August 1983. He became a Certified Paramedic in July 1985, assigned to rescue in August 1985 and then to Driver/Engineer in August 1987. He took on further responsibilities in September 1998 when he was awarded Assigned Air Technician status.
Mike's work has always been thorough and efficient. He is very outgoing and enjoys dealing with the public. As a Driver/Engineer his calm demeanor and concern for safety has been a consistent priority for the past 21 years.
Mike's 25 years with the City of Coral Gables Fire Department is to be commended because of his concern and commitment to the public and to his fellow firefighters.
